My journey into naturopathy and my passion for Women’s Health began with my own struggle with PCOS and endometriosis. After years of struggling to receive a diagnosis and feeling my symptoms were dismissed, I turned to nutrition and herbal medicine for answers.

Working with a naturopath was a turning point—it showed me how powerful, personalised care can support hormonal balance, reduce symptoms, and restore wellbeing. That experience inspired me to help other women navigate their own reproductive health challenges with clarity and support.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Endeavour College of Natural Health (2016) and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Naturopathic Medicine from Southern Cross University (2024). My advanced studies focused on mental health and women’s reproductive health, including conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, fertility, thyroid conditions and hormonal imbalances. I am currently working towards my Master’s degree in women’s health medicine at UNSW.

I am an accredited member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and stay up to date with the latest evidence-based research in nutrition, herbal medicine, and natural hormone support.

I take a holistic and sustainable approach to care, focusing on the root causes of hormonal imbalances rather than just managing symptoms. Every treatment plan is tailored to you and may include:

  • Clinical nutrition for hormone balance
  • Herbal medicine for PCOS and endometriosis support
  • Lifestyle strategies to improve energy, mood, and cycle health

My goal is to empower you with practical tools, education, and ongoing support so you can feel confident in your health again.

Living in a rural area has given me a deep understanding of how difficult it can be to access quality healthcare. I offer online naturopathic consultations for women across Australia, making personalised support for hormonal health more accessible—no matter where you live.

When I’m not working with clients, I love exploring regional South Australia (my home since 2021). You’ll usually find me hiking, enjoying nature photography, cooking, writing, gardening, or spending time with my dogs and cats.
